Ants is a free, web-based and open source Applicant tracking system based on Mantis* and t is released under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Why A(n)ts (Applicant tracking system)?
Job boards, Job websites, Job Portals, Groups and Internet on larger view have crated enormous opportunity for an employer to reach millions of potential candidates with few clicks.
Though you receive hundreds of resumes in single day, it leads to more chaos. Unorganized and irrational information become useless and you are not able to reach where you intend to do. It leads to lots of manual work (e.g. reading emails and sorting) lots of cumbersome and repetitive work. This takes lots of unproductive efforts and it also costs high.
